Key Responsibilities
- Measure mix and prepare cake batter according to NothingBundt Cakes proprietary recipes and standards.
- Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cakes during the baking process to ensure proper rise texture and quality.
- Rotate cakes and supplies to maintain freshness and proper inventory management.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized baking area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and special order demands.
- Support other areas of the bakery as needed contributing to an overall positive and productive workplace.
Qualification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
