Join us in servicing mid sized corporate Dutch Customers with banking equipment-based financing and leasing business.

At DLL we work in the dynamic global equipment-based financing and leasing industry. Within the Dutch market we are working together with Rabo Lease and the Dutch Rabobank commercial teams to offer banking equipment finance and leasing solutions for their local business customers (Groot Zakelijk and Corporate Clients). As a Lease Account Manager you will be responsible for origination structuring and execution of capex- and equipment financing and leasing solutions to these customer groups working hand in hand with Rabobank.

You are

A commercial go-getter who works well with others. You are experienced with the acquisition of new clients and translating customer financing needs in (alternative) equipment-based and leasing product work with client interaction (external) and risk approval (internal) whilst coordinating with Rabobank Lease other products and key stakeholders in the Rabobank NL and DLL organizations. You are solution-minded and are the expert in how to create product solutions to fulfill the needs of the Rabobank customers with DLL leasing solutions. You work effectively within multidisciplinary deal teams. You enjoy creating new connections. You are pro-active and you know how to share and spread your leasing knowledge within Rabobank to support the commercial teams in identifying lease opportunities with their customers.

Day to day:

• Your top 3 responsibilities are to:
• Perform a leading role in originating structuring and executing asset-based financing and leasing transactions for DLL products to Rabobank local customers. You manage deal processes and hold shared accountability with the Senior Credit Underwriter for credit analysis and approval process management. You work effectively together with the commercial Rabobank teams.
• Implement the commercial strategy and business plan for the Rabobank Groot Zakelijk and Corporate Clients segments for equipment-based finance and leasing proposition at DLL in the Netherlands. Build and nurture relationships with the Rabo Lease specialists and the commercial teams within the regions and others on the client service teams. You are the go to person for Rabobank to work hand in hand to fulfill the customer needs related to more advanced leasing solutions.
• Work effectively with all relevant departments to deliver the best customer journey experience through our product solutions while ensuring to meet the risk/ reward standards.

Essentials:

• Experienced (10 years) with a background in Business Banking amongst others within structured finance asset-based finance and/or leasing solutions.
• Extensive experience (10 years) in the areas of leasing structuring complex financings credit risk managementloan/lease documentation and preferably bringing in your own network.
• Encourages collaboration and has a can do mentality.
• Growth mind-set aimed at continuously improving the business and the people you work with.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch.
