Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automobiles exceptional interpersonal skills and the drive to exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate Alfa Romeo vehicles with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate effectively with finance service and management teams
- Participate in sales training programs and product knowledge sessions
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
- Represent the Alfa Romeo brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid California drivers license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
- Competitive drive balanced with strong team collaboration skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Knowledge of luxury automotive market
- Customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- College degree or equivalent professional experience

Nurture enriching relationships to build a clientele for life.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
