Job Summary
What will you own Assembly disassembly and modification of prototypes in order to facilitate product characterization and development. Documentation of issues collection of test data and supporting studies to deliver the data needed to make decisions. Maintaining a high use lively evolving and creative lab space.
- 2-5 years demonstrated ability in an engineering technician role
- Knowledge of tools and equipment found in a design lab (3D printers laser cutter mill lathe etc.)
- Familiarity with proper shop safety and housekeeping practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with digital productivity tools like spreadsheets and slide presentations
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem mitigation skills
- Passion for Apple products and a desire to help deliver the amazing products that our customers love
- Desire to identify and develop skills and technologies that can be used to expand our solutions offerings to the Product Design team
- Motivation to operate and work independently especially with problems that are complex ambitious and constantly evolving
- Obsession with delivering the highest quality work and an ability to do so in a limited time frame with multiple priorities
