Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Syracuse New York.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions including exercises manual therapy and specialized equipment use.
Educate patients on injury prevention and self-care techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress adjusting plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication patient care and documentation skills.
