Customer Service Representative (CSR)
A growing independent insurance agency is looking for a friendly and adaptable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people is highly organized and wants to grow within a supportive collaborative agency environment.
What Youll Do
Answer phones and provide excellent service to clients.
Support producers and account managers with day-to-day tasks.
Assist with the renewal process and general account servicing.
Communicate with clients about their policies and coverage options.
Help maintain smooth office operations and contribute to team success.
What Theyre Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills must enjoy working with people.
Adaptable organized and comfortable multi-tasking.
Willingness to learn agency systems and processes (training provided).
