職種概要

AIチャットツールJLL GPTを活用し様々な文書から特定の情報を効率的に抽出するためのプロンプトを開発する専門職を募集します情報抽出の精度と効率を高めるプロンプト開発が主な業務となります

主な職務

• JLL GPTに対して文書から特定情報を抽出するための効果的なプロンプトの作成

• 最適なプロンプトを見つけるための試行錯誤と改善作業

• 文書作成担当者へのヒアリングによる抽出すべき情報の正確な理解

• 作成したプロンプトによって抽出された情報と正解データとの比較検証

• Excelなどを使用した検証結果の分析

• プロンプトの継続的な改善と最適化

必要なスキル経験

• 障がい者手帳をお持ちの方

• 論理的思考力と問題解決能力

• 自然言語処理やテキスト分析に関する基本的な理解AI専門知識は必須ではない

• 効果的な質問設計能力

• データ分析と結果の可視化能力

• Excelなどの基本的なオフィスソフトウェアの操作スキル

• コミュニケーション能力文書作成担当者からの情報収集に必要

This job will support on technology initiatives such as AI and automation projects for the Japan business to drive increased efficiencies reduce operational costs and to drive revenue for the company.

Certain responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design and engineer effective prompts for various AI models (JLLGPT) to support the business
• Develop prompt templates and frameworks for property analysis market research etc.
• Continuously test iterate and optimize prompts to improve accuracy relevance and performance
• Create prompt libraries and documentation for consistent usage across teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate prompt-based solutions into JLLs technology stack
• Work with product managers to translate business requirements into effective AI interactions
• Develop and maintain prompt versioning and deployment processes
• Monitor and analyze prompt performance metrics and user feedback
