Job Summary

Wolverhampton Racecourse is currently seeking a driven Event Porter to join the team.

About the role:

Situated in the heart of the West Midlands Wolverhampton Racecourse is home to year-round all-weather racing and a diverse calendar of events. Known for its lively atmosphere and outstanding hospitality were looking for dedicated enthusiastic people to join our team and make every race day unforgettable.

Duties will include set up support and break down events of all sizes. If youre reliable hands-on and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this could be the role for you.

Please Note - This role will involve heavy lifting. The shift pattern will vary depending on business and working late into the night/early morning starts may be required.

The person we are looking for as a Porter has

Experience within a similar role is ideal
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communicator and a High level of interpersonal skills.
Works well under pressure
