Provides service to adolescents and adults. Produces high quality images for Radiology and the assigned areas within the Operating room that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology. Practices safety guidelines for patients support personnel and themselves. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations shift times and lengths. Ability to work varied hours shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager which may include days evenings nights holidays and weekends.

Graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or registry eligible with certification obtained before start date of employment.
Additional Qualifications
Experience within a sterile environment and aseptic technique preferred. Associates degree preferred.
License or Certification
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T.(R) (ARRT)
ARRT registration in Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) within 18 months of start date
Current Basic Life Support certification.
Active Wisconsin Radiographer License
