Our hotel which features over 1400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center.

Shift Pattern: Open availability including weekdays weekends and holidays as required.

What will I be doing

A Food & BeverageSupervisor is responsible for supervising the services in Scratch Market toensure delivery of outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise supportassign daily work and train team members in all outlet activities and operations
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge
• Monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends
• Assist in monitoringinventory and inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
• Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation third-party liability liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures
• Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total process and collect payments from guests
• Create revenue-generating promotions
• Perform additional duties as required
