Under general supervision the Senior Coordinator role encompasses a broad portfolio designed to enrich the academic and personal success of students interested in the Asian American Pacific Islander & Desi American (APIDA) experience at CSUN. The position shapes and sustains culturally relevant programs mentorship initiatives and holistic student services that foster a sense of belonging and address equity barriers. With responsibilities spanning program development cross-campus collaboration student engagement and institutional advocacy the Senior Coordinator ensures that resource center participating students thrive academically and socially.
