We are looking for aSolution Analyst (m/f/*) CPG / Manufacturing to join our team. Were looking for someone with lots of energy who will share our passion for using the latest technologies including machine learning to optimize our customers supply chains.

Youll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants with plenty of opportunities for personal development and growth. Youll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative creative solutions. The role requires curiosity about supply chain business processes and software configuration.

What youll be doing:

Build a solid foundation of product knowledge and a consultant mindset to support software implementation projects and continuous service.
Assist inrequirements gathering documentation and solution designin collaboration with senior consultants.
Supporttesting and quality assuranceactivities to ensure solutions meet customer needs and maintain high standards.
Participate intraining and user adoptionactivities to help clients successfully leverage our solutions.
Develop and applydata proficiencyby analyzing large datasets investigating issues and supporting configuration activities.
Provide ongoing support to help clients resolve critical incidents and achieve continuous improvements through value-driven development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams showing adaptability eagerness to learn and openness to changing priorities.

What youll bring to the table

A relevant academic background (e.g. Business Engineering Supply Chain Management Computer Science Data Analytics or related fields).
Initial working experience in areas such assolution design testing documentation consulting or supply chain/retail operationsare a plus.
Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skillsis a must; familiarity with SQL or other programming languages is an advantage.
Clear and proactive communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
Curiosity flexibility and motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.
