Assist in the development implementation and monitoring of office strategic initiatives goals and objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage operating division associates to ensure the goals and success of the division are accomplished
2. Assist in the implementation of strategic goals and objectives
3. Exercise appropriate financial and budgetary control
4. Assist in the development of new operating division initiatives
5. Represent the office as needed at Client and Carrier visits while developing and managing those relationships
6. Represent the office as needed at industry functions
7. Support firm wide strategic and quality initiatives
8. Meet or exceed budgetary production goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education training or work-related experience
2. Strong management skills
3. Ability to understand clients needs and have knowledge of associated risk profiles
4. Ability to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies
5. Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
6. Experience in managing a multi-person team
7. High level of industry technical knowledge/expertise
