Join us as a E- Commerce & Sales Support Specialist (1 Year contract) and be a part of a highly motivated team!

Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the:

  • E-Commerce Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of e-commerce platforms including product listings pricing and promotions.

  • Monitor and update product availability ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is reflected on the website.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and optimize user experience.

  • Manage online order fulfillment processes liaising with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Analyze website traffic customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders managing customer inquiries and updating sales reports.

  • Provide support in preparing sales presentations reports and customer proposals.

  • Handle customer escalations related to e-commerce orders ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.

  • Maintain CRM databases updating customer records and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing CD and logistics teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.

  • Partner with the finance department to process payments returns and refunds accurately.

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights based on e-commerce trends and customer behavior.

Qualifications Were Looking For:

  • University degree in Business Studies (Business Administration Marketing Economics etc.) or Applied Sciences (Engineering Technology) ideally at a post-graduate level. 1-2 Years of Experience preferred.

  • Excellent command of Greek and English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.

  • Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).
