Lets introduce ourselves
We are looking for aData Preparation Artistto join our Visualisation team and contribute to the development of theDigicar - a digital twin of our vehicles used across design marketing and customer experience.
What youll do
As a Data Preparation Artist you will be responsible for converting engineering CAD data into high-fidelity polygonal geometry enabling photorealistic rendering and real-time applications. You will work closely with visualisation specialists designers and engineers to ensure the Digicar meets the highest standards of accuracy and visual quality.
Key tasks include:
- Prepare and optimiseCAD datafor use in the Digicar pipeline.
- Apply accuratepivot pointsUV mapping andmaterial assignmentsbased on SML C&M matrix upholstery specs and wheel matrix.
- Collaborate with shader artists to ensure photorealistic results.
What youll bring
You would bring experience in Data preparation as well as solid knowledge in Teamcenter TCViz CATIA CPAM TCPLM and CAS. You would also bring experiencedunderstanding in build-up of a car in Teamcenter and how to handle specification levels along with knowledge in assigning and verifying materials vs material specifications. You will have an attention to details and good communication skills as well as collaborating skills.
