Job Summary
Overview
2nd Shift- 2:30PM-11:00PM Mon-Fri every 3rd weekend
This position performs various repair and preventative maintenance tasks under general supervision. Has knowledge in a field of specialization in the skilled trades categories or is a well rounded generalist. This position will work rotating weekends and holidays. Must utilize good communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities
- Under general supervision installs repairs and performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of mechanical systems electrical equipment or systems or plumbing systems.
- Assist with snow removal.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Diploma or certificate from a two year technical school junior college or recognized equivalent in an area of specialization such as HVAC electrical electronics or mechanical equipment technology or other applicable skilled trade preferred.
Experience:
- 1 years working in the maintenance and/or repair field.
- 1 years working in the healthcare maintenance field preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid drivers license.
