Especialista de Almacén
El principal objetivo de esta posición es dar soporte en las tareas administrativas en el almacén como la gestión de albaranes atención a transportistas y control documental con apoyo puntual en descarga de camiones mediante carretilla elevadora.
Sobre el puesto
- Atención a transportistas: recepción identificación y gestión de documentación.
- Registro de entradas y salidas de mercancía en el sistema informático (SAP/EXCEL).
- Revisión y validación de albaranes: comprobación de cantidades referencias y documentación.
- Coordinación con el departamento planning para la planificación de recepciones y expediciones.
- Gestión de incidencias con la mercancía recibida o enviada (faltas roturas devoluciones etc.).
- Archivo y control documental físico y digital.
- Control de stock administrativo: verificación de inventarios y conciliación con inventarios físicos.
- Impresión y preparación de etiquetas para el correcto almacenaje o expedición.
- Comunicación con proveedores y transportistas para coordinar entregas y recogidas.
- Colaboración con el equipo de almacén para asegurar una trazabilidad correcta de la mercancía.
- Descarga puntual de camiones con carretilla elevadora (frontal o retráctil según necesidad).
- Ubicación puntual de mercancía en almacén.
- Colaboración con el equipo de almacén para optimizar los procesos logísticos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad Salud y Medioambiente.
Sobre ti
- Experiencia previa de 2-4 años en tareas administrativas en entorno logístico o de almacén.
- Manejo de sistemas informáticos de gestión (ERP Excel etc.). Deseable conocimientos de SAP.
- Carné de carretillero/a en vigor. Capacidad para manejar carretilla de forma puntual y segura.
- Organización atención al detalle y habilidades comunicativas.
- Conocimientos básicos de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para realizar horario partido.
