Tutor Community Operations Associate

Meet the team:

At Preply tutors are core to our mission of unlocking human potential through learning. As part of the Supply Operations team youll play a critical role in the daily operations of our Tutor Community. Youll deliver high-quality communications and operational tasks that engage and inform tutors helping them succeed on Preply. This role will play a critical role in maintaining Preplys relationship with tutors.

What youll be doing:

• Execute operational tasks to support Tutor Community engagement such as preparing and publishing posts and maintaining the community platform
• Engage directly with tutors in the Community by responding to posts with accurate helpful information and escalating issues when needed
• Support the tutor content calendar by preparing and scheduling posts ensuring they align with team guidelines and timelines
• Support webinars events and other tutor initiatives through logistics communications and follow-up
• Track performance of Tutor Community posts feedback and overall engagement providing reports and insights to the team and broader stakeholders
• Collaborate with peers to continuously improve the Tutor Community experience and operational processes

What you need to succeed:

• 1-2 years of experience in communications operations or community management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Clear written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Comfort working with data and reporting basic results
• A growth mindset of always testing learning and scaling with a drive to get things done
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with team members and partners
