AI LLM Engineer

Position Description:

The AI Engineer designs and builds solutions powered by LLMs and GenAI to automate and streamline processes and enhance user experience. They handle diverse projects from document data extraction with vision models to developing RAG-based and Agentic AI applications. Collaborating with team members and end-users the engineer ensures that solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design & Development: Write the code that powers the solution using Python on Cloud platform/infrastructure.
Integration: Connect the solution to different platforms (e.g. websites messaging apps) and integrate with other systems if needed (like databases or CRM systems).
Training: Use training data to improve the AI solution (and LLM) outputs. This can involve supervised learning fine-tuning and other machine learning techniques.
Testing: Continuously test the AI solution performance and rectify any bugs or issues. This involves both technical testing (for bugs) and user experience testing (LLM application output quality).
Monitoring & Optimization: after deployment monitor the solutions interactions with users gather feedback and make iterative improvements.
Innovation / Experimentation & Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest trends technologies and best practices in the rapidly evolving field of LLM advancements and conversational AI.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members such as other engineers developers and business stakeholders to meet key product objectives and to actively develop it.
Product-centric approach: mobility is required i.e. ability to work remote / on site (travel) as part of specific product teams deployed in different countries.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Proficiency in Python especially libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch and Keras for Deep Learning. Knowledge & experience with Machine Learning techniques is also required.
Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph Autogen CrewAI or similar. Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol by Anthropic).
Experience with architectures like RNNs LSTMs GRUs and Transformers (e.g. BERT GPT).
Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and methods/solutions for OCR.
Familiarity with tools such as FastAPI or Flask for deploying and serving machine learning models.
Proficiency with tools like Git for code versioning and collaboration and Azure DevOps or similar tool for CI/CD. Familiarity with MLOps & LLMOps lifecycle.
Experience with evaluating LLM systems: Metrics challenges and best practices.
Understanding of metrics specific to NLP tasks such as BLEU score Perplexity etc.

Other requirements:
Postgraduate degree (Field of study: Technical)
More than 5 years of work experience
25 years of managing subordinates
English: C1 (Advanced)
Computer skills: Expert professional level
Other: Product Design knowledge
