The role
The Compliance Assistant Associates play a crucial role in ensuring the organisations adherence to regulatory requirements and the development of robust compliance programs by supporting the Compliance team in various tasks related to regulatory compliance.
Goals and Responsibilities
Independently managing and resolving clients complaints.
Executing compliance procedures and protocols effectively.
Contributing to the development and implementation of compliance strategies.
Conducting internal audits and assessments.
Reporting and communication with regulatory bodies.
Advising management on compliance matters.
Collaborating with team members to address complex compliance issues.
Mentoring junior associates and providing guidance.
Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
Leading small-scale compliance projects.
Developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies.
The skills and abilities you need
Proficiency in English (C1 or above)
Previous experience in a similar role
Customer-orientated approach
Good time management and multitasking skills
Willingness to learn and develop
Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment
Proficient in compliance software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of evolving compliance regulations their applications and industry trends.
Advanced understanding of data privacy and security measures.
