Bilingual Loan Officer

The Federal Savings Bank is seeking a dedicated bilingual Loan Officer to join our Staten Island NY team! If youre motivated to refine your abilities increase your efficiency and help more referral partners close more loans all while enhancing your lifestyle then you are in the right place!

• Fannie Freddie Ginnie Jumbo Non-QM Reverse and Portfolio loan programs.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Staten Island NY office 2-3 days per week. Only qualified candidates based in the Staten Island area at the time of application will be considered.

• Deliver personalized solutions to help families achieve homeownership.
• Work alongside an experienced supportive team at a nationally recognized bank.

• Fluency in Cantonese Mandarin and English to better serve the needs of our diverse community.
• Minimum of one year of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience.
• Three or more new purchase loans per month.
• Well-developed referral base including realtors past clients financial planners attorneys and/or accountants.
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Knowledge of FHA VA FNMA FHLMC guidelines.
• Favorable credit history and background check.
