Job Summary
We are looking for a new Warehouse Coordinator to join our team
Reporting line
The Warehouse Coordinator will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for:

The Warehouse Coordinator will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for:
- Process of receiving goods
- Warehouse processing
- Perform the job withing the bounds Archers Mission Vision and Value and in the line with the Company management systems and established policies processes and procedures
- Receiving of goods and update ERP system accordingly
- Ensure correct movement and transactions of parts and equipment both physical and in ERP system
- Participate and assist with inventory countings
- Maintain general order in warehouse
- Packing of international and domestic shipments
- Ensure that all shipments is packed and stored in accordance to laws rules and regulations
- Any other reasonable duties as specified by the Line Manager
Qualifications
- Generally good knowledge to warehouse handling:
- Coordination Organizing Inventory control and counting Data entry skills.
- Knowledge to laws and regulations for domestic and international shipment
- of parts and equipment
- Knowledge to Procurement and Logistics
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
