HII - Mission Technologies is seeking a Strategic Planner and Scrum Master for a hybrid work arrangement combining telework and work at the clients site in Woodlawn MD. As a Strategic Planner and Scrum Master you will play a vital role in supporting our Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Management efforts.

This role requires exceptional organizational and communications skills and the ability to execute strategic planning by roadmapping.

Roadmapping ensures:

1) Measurable progress towards division and team goal

2) Division and team goals and priorities align with Group priorities

3) Cross division and cross team understanding of goals and priorities

It also provides visibility of Information Security and Privacy Group (ISPG) Division and Teams priorities and goals to Office of Information Technology (OIT) front office (FO) assists with resource tracking and needs assists with budget and planning considerations and identifies risks for earlier mitigation and resolution.
