Applied Cyber Concepts requires foundational research development and prototyping that will exemplify real-world capabilities from the emerging applied cyber concepts research. The candidate shall create hardware and software component design specifications and use appropriate industry standard development methodologies and tools to implement those addition to functionality features the following shall be included in the designs: interfaces security performance controls databases AI/ML and user experience. The candidate shall test and document results in accordance with the Government approved test plan.

Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

Geon Technologies provides wage ranges in accordance with the Maryland Wage Range Transparency law. Paywithin the range will be decided by the company in its sole discretion and will be based on several factors including but not limited to experience and/or other qualifications. The projected pay range for this position is $155000- $185000.
