Job Summary
The Senior Specialist supports a variety of ongoing priorities and initiatives within the Retail Services and Operations Planning and Enablement function which will be dependent on the time of year and balancing the workload across the team.
This role is hybrid which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What youll do:
- Coordination of appropriate Retail touchpoints across Retail Services and Operations leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Play a support and advocacy role in the events planning process.
- Provide operational planning support to key stakeholders.
- Offer operational planning support to corporate partners and key stakeholders in service of the business priorities through facilitation of rhythms ad hoc meetings and tactical follow-up.
- Identify and establish/maintain relationships with business partners within owned scope.
- Assist with retail feedback intake and/or synthesis.
- Assist with development and data analysis activities related to retail tools and reporting.
- Assist with operational support related to tests and pilots.
- Support business priorities that directly impact strategic execution in the field (retail and services).
- Support the operational follow-up work deriving from Retail Services and Operations cadences and rhythms.
- 2 or more years of experience leading and facilitating meetings and providing operational planning support.
- 1 or more years of experience with analyzing and synthesizing data.
- 1 or more years experience with process support or improvement.
- Proven track record of influencing without authority.
- Project Management experience.
- Organizational Agility / Relationship building
