Pay Range: $60$65/hour ($2400$2600/week)

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) ICU Floatfor an exciting job in Edison NJ.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and determine nursing priorities through comprehensive evaluation and planning.
Develop implement and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing patient assessments.
Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions and manage overall patient care.
Document patient care accurately in accordance with clinical standards and patient acuity.
Support the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovative care delivery methods.
Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing standards.
Float to Telemetry/Stepdown units as required while maintaining care quality.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

ASN degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum 2 years ICU/CCU experience in a major acute care or trauma hospital
Minimum 1 year recent bedside Med/Surg and Telemetry experience in a major acute care center
NJ RN license or multi-state compact license
BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA)
NIHSS certification
Telemetry certification
4-hour CEU Contact Stroke

Preferred:

BSN degree
Experience in Neuro ICU and ICU float assignments
