Job Summary

Assists the laboratory manager/director in the management of the assigned laboratory department(s) and its staff and day-to-day operations; this includes but is not limited to process improvement Technical Procedure revision staff scheduling interview process staff performance review coaching training competency development and assessment; employee relation issues; department compliance; policy and regulatory compliance; and Quality Assurance/Improvement.
