Your Tasks

As Sales Business Analyst you will act as business partner for all Sales functions and drivedata driven decision making for strategic topics. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and KPI analysis of e.g. Sell-In & Sell-Out Data Dashboards Promo activities Category Management and the activities of the field sales team as well as working on strategic projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

Enable data driven Shopper & Customer Marketing

  • Usedata & insights to support the S&CM team in marking best in class in-store shopper activations & maximizing offtake on Eucerin across all available shopper contact points
  • Monitorprogress of promotional activities and handls Pre & Post analyses of promos to generate insights to be used to strengthen existing plans and maximize future activation plans
  • Supporton overall coordination of launches and help deliver sales market share & category growth for Eucerin
  • Continuous analysis of the market and competitors e.g. to be inspired by new trends

Optimize & maximize Sales activities in the (e-)POS and category management via use of data

  • Analyzemonthly sell out/ sell in data and prepare data in custom built Power BI tool
  • Uss data & insights to support on optimizing assortment ranking & distribution and share gap analyses
  • Runad-hoc analyses as part of business partnering for the whole sales team

Enable high team performance by increasing effectiveness & efficiency

  • Supportteam capacity planning and sector allocation in the field team by using data to find the most efficient set up
  • Trackall relevant Sales KPIs as well as the Sales targets as defined by Sales Manager and share updates with team
  • Handle weekly monthly and quarterly Sales tracking and bonus incentive follow-u

Drive the future of the business via Sales Projects

  • Participate in / lead (strategic) sales projects to set the path for future success via e.g. improving the way of working increasing efficiency & effectiveness etc.
  • Cooperatewith the regional & global teams as well as teams from other countries to find synergies and share make use of best practices

Your Profile

What it takes to join us

  • Eligibility to join us via VIE contract (review website of Business France: French International Young Talent Program: what is it
  • Relevant degree (Sales Business Administration Marketing ..)
  • First experience as Business Analyst / Category Manager / RGM Manager or Business Controller
  • Analytical mindset & ability to handle multiple projects with medium to high complexity
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Business Analytics
  • Knowledged of Power BI or similar tools is a big plus
  • Problem solving and hands-on mentality
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Multilingual preferred : French or Dutch native level English
