Job Description
Retail Associate The UPS Store #5119 (Beaumont TX)
Starting Pay $14/ Hour
6 Days a week - Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays and Sundays (Minimum 34 Hours per week)
Were looking for someone friendly dependable and ready to jump in wherever needed. As a Retail Associate youll help with shipping packing and printing but the real heart of the job is making people feel welcome and cared for.

What Youll Do Day to Day
Greet customers so they know theyre in the right place
Help find simple solutions for their shipping printing or packing needs
Ring up purchases and handle payments
Pack items safely for shipping and process drop-offs
Use printers copiers and other office tools (dont worry well train you)
Keep things tidy stocked and organized
Step in to help teammates when the store gets busy
Take care of small cleaning tasks to keep the shop looking good
What Were Hoping For
Some customer service experience (retail or service jobs are great but not required)
Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn our systems
Friendly patient and a good listener
Team player who isnt afraid to pitch in
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during your shift
Reliable on time and professional in how you show up
