Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee BZOFP. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas
Coordinate and support the housekeeping team to maintain Marriott brand standards
Act as a liaison between the Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements
Manage inventory of linen cleaning supplies and guest amenities
Assist with training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
Good command of English (German and/or Italian is a plus)
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
