We are currently seeking recent graduates or individuals early in their careers who are ready to launch into the world of precision machining as CNC Machinists/Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience work with advanced machinery and build a strong foundation for a long term career.

Responsibilities:

Set up operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high quality parts according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints technical drawings and schematics.
Perform basic programming adjustments and troubleshooting when needed.
Monitor production to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate from a CNC machining or manufacturing technology program.
Basic understanding of CNC equipment and programming (Haas Mazak or similar).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.
