- Contribute to specialized recruiting programs such as university relations executive search technical hiring or diversity-focused outreach.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of rolesfrom high-volume positions to specialized talentensuring alignment with workforce planning and overall talent strategy.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
- Source engage and evaluate candidates using a blend of traditional methods and creative outreach.
- Guide hiring teams on interview techniques candidate assessment and selection best practices.
- Coordinate interviews conduct reference checks and maintain timely professional candidate communications.
- Lead offer negotiations and closures in accordance with company policies and compensation frameworks.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance recruitment tools processes and candidate experience.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting or a related HR discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive collaborative and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Available for periodic in-office presence.
