As a strategic partner to the business you will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to meet hiring goals across diverse functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team dynamics talent needs and organizational culture.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-performing diverse candidates.
  • Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives by proactively building inclusive talent pipelines.
  • Contribute to specialized recruiting programs such as university relations executive search technical hiring or diversity-focused outreach.


Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of rolesfrom high-volume positions to specialized talentensuring alignment with workforce planning and overall talent strategy.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
  • Source engage and evaluate candidates using a blend of traditional methods and creative outreach.
  • Guide hiring teams on interview techniques candidate assessment and selection best practices.
  • Coordinate interviews conduct reference checks and maintain timely professional candidate communications.
  • Lead offer negotiations and closures in accordance with company policies and compensation frameworks.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance recruitment tools processes and candidate experience.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent professional experience; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting or a related HR discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive collaborative and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Available for periodic in-office presence.
