How Youll Make an Impact:
Lead high-impact advisory projectsfor key players in the electricity sectordelivering strategic insights that shape the future of energy.
Drive business growthby identifying new consulting opportunities and cultivating a strong network of industry contacts and internal collaborators.
Champion innovationby designing and proposing R&D initiatives with clear scopes budgets and measurable outcomes.
Steer project successthrough expert contract negotiation proposal development and the application of advanced sales and stakeholder engagement techniques.
Ensure project excellenceby conducting thorough risk assessments and guaranteeing delivery in line with contractual commitments.
Elevate team performanceby enhancing tools and processes mentoring junior consultants and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Take ownership of complex projects managing timelines resources and deliverables with minimal supervision while ensuring client satisfaction.
Support contract lifecycle management including follow-up on new solutions and services that add value to our clients and business.
Your Background:
Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in electrical engineering electrical power systems or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (Masters PhD MBA) are preferred.
Extensive Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in executing power systems studies and a deep understanding of electrical power systems. Proven experience in designing understanding and performing power systems studies with a consulting approach.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the electric power industry market systems and equipment.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in power systems modeling simulation and analysis with experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E DIgSILENT PowerFactory ETAP EMTP PSCAD RTDS and the definition of various static and dynamic studies.
Languages: fluent level of English
