Compensation depends upon candidates years of experience and internal equity.
Salary Range: $86320- $115044
Supervisor candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist with at least 5 years of experience in acute care practice including a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) is a distinguished teaching hospital located near downtown Dallas and is continually recognized as a top hospital in the nation. BUMC provides multiple clinical specialties including Level 1 trauma services transplantation Level III NICU left-ventricular assist (LVAD) implantation Stroke Center and a dedicated cancer hospital. Therapists have the opportunity to rotate positions between teams providing the opportunity to expand their treatment skills across a variety of diagnoses and to develop clinical specializations.

This position exists to supervise therapy staff at the assigned location(s). Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures. Responsible for efficient operation and financial performance of the assigned location(s). Communicates clinical issues as they relate to service or program development to the Director/Manager. Carries a modified patient caseload. Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization with patients and customers.
