Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Supervisory Case manager oversees advocacy crisis intervention support services and coordination with funding sources. Ensures that their assigned program meets or exceeds program objectives supervises the provision of high-quality services for program participants and further ensures on-going compliance with funder requirements and agency policy and procedure. Responsible for the recruitment training supervision and scheduling of staff volunteers and interns. Generally will supervises up to 3 direct reports.
The Supervisory Case Manager will also be responsible for conducting outreach in conjunction with the team and all aspects of case management. Acts as a knowledgeable liaison to community agencies and is responsible for promoting awareness of the Volunteers of America resources and services. Position requires ongoing interaction with team members program participants and community stakeholders.

Utilization of various databases including Homeless Management Information System Colorado Division of Housing rental system and Service Point.

Minimum qualifications for the position:
Bachelors degree in human services social work or a closely related field or related experience.
1 years of direct full-time case management experience demonstrating the ability to consistently apply field-relevant best practices and standards.
Demonstrated ability to fulfill relevant program compliance and administrative requirements..
Demonstrated ability to lead teams of human service professionals.
Must possess a Colorado drivers license and state-mandated automobile insurance.
Must possess a personal vehicle that may be used for work-related travel (reimbursement for mileage is available).
Must complete agency and program credentialing within 12 weeks of hire and maintain credentialing standards thereafter.

$56486.00 annual exempt
