The Role:
We are seeking a driven hands-on Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a small but high-performing team of outbound representatives. This is not a traditional call center manager position - this role focuses on warm leads coaching and performance tracking rather than managing a high-volume call center. Youll be closely involved with your teams day-to-day activity tracking metrics monitoring calls and coaching each rep to maximize performance. You will directly manage 5 employees ensuring accountability and helping the team hit their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly manage coach and motivate a team of 5 inside sales reps in a results-driven environment.
- Oversee outbound campaigns focused on warm leads and existing customer databases.
- Track key performance indicators: appointment setting lead conversion revenue generated and team activity.
- Conduct daily call monitoring coaching sessions and team meetings to optimize performance.
- Implement sales strategies ensure adherence to processes and maintain high quality in customer interactions.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide feedback on processes incentives and pipeline health.
Qualifications:- 1 years of team lead or other management experience preferably in home services (solar roofing HVAC).
- Experience managing a small team is a plus.
- Call center management experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong coaching mentoring and accountability skills.
- Motivated high-energy and able to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:- Base salary: $70000/year.
- Target compensation: $100000/year with performance incentives.
