Alisos Animal Hospital is a privately owned small animal practice in Mission Viejo CA. Were looking for a dedicated Veterinary Assistant who is passionate about animal care and ready to take the next step in their veterinary journey.
Youll be joining a supportive experienced team in a busy practice that values professionalism compassion and a strong team ethic.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians and technicians with safe and effective patient restraint

Prepare and clean exam rooms treatment areas and surgical suite

Sterilize organize and maintain medical and surgical equipment
-
Collect label and handle lab samples accurately

Support patient intake discharge and ensure accurate medical records

Provide occasional front desk and client service support

Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients

Help maintain a clean organized and fully stocked work environment
What Were Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary or animal care setting

Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude

High attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment
