As a Country Manager you will lead the launch and growth of the new American subsidiary. This pivotal role combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic operational management to establish and expand the business across the United States. You will be responsible for building the local team developing sales strategies and driving market penetration within the agricultural machinery parts sector. Reporting directly and working closely with European leadership you will play a key role in shaping the companys presence. The position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $180000 - $200000 with additional performance incentives.
