What You Will Do

• Lead a multi-generational team to ensure timely and quality material deliveries in support of Engine and Module MRO operations.

• Mange a team of 20 to optimize material flow kitting accuracy and operational performance across the full value stream.

• Drive transformation initiatives to enhance material kitting workflows and streamline supply chain operations.

• Oversee all material flow activities and ensure timely kitting in accordance with production needs.

• Optimize kitting processes for accuracy efficiency and operational excellence.

• Develop performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to track team performance

• Monitor resource availability including staffing and space to ensure minimal operations disruptions

• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Control Materials Operations Engineering Quality Customer Support Finance and HR to achieve operational goals and companys objectives.

• Ensure compliance of standards; drive CORE EH&S and Ethics culture in the team. Assume roles in EH&S sub-committees.

• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Engineering or equivalent.

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in people management role within Supply Chain Operations.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices and kitting operations

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

• Excellent problem-solving analytical prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

• Good team player and interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated and self-directed. Able to learn quickly with a strong ability to drive and deliver results.

• Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong leadership and business acumen.

• Able to work with all levels of management and in a fast-paced matrix reporting organization.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Relevant experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing.

• Relevant aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines.
