Manager for Test and CRM Assembly within Giraffe 1X

Your role

As the Manager for Test and CRM Assembly you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of our System Testing Sub System Test and assembling of CRM ensuring efficient and high-quality production of our compact and mobile radar system Giraffe 1X.

Your role will be to manage the group responsible for all testing on our products and the assembly activities related to the installation system. You will be reporting to the Head of Giraffe 1X Production and you will work closely with the other groups and managers in the organisation to meet the expected production your role you will collaborate with production managers in both Sweden and United Kingdom.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of skilled production staffto achieve daily production targets and maintain exceptional quality standards
• Oversee all aspects of the sensor manufacturing processfrom receiving components from the warehouse to final assembly of the sensor ensuring smooth workflow and on-time delivery
• Implement and maintain robust quality control proceduresto ensure every Giraffe1X system meets the highest standards
• Collaborate closely with other production teams quality and engineersto troubleshoot issues improve processes and optimize production efficiency
• Proactively identify and implement process improvementsto enhance productivity reduce waste and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Maintain accurate production records and reportsto track performance identify trends and support decision-making
