Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the PG ensuring discipline and adherence to hostel rules.
- Ensure safety security and well-being of all residents.
- Maintain proper hygiene cleanliness and upkeep of the hostel premises.
- Address residents concerns grievances and provide necessary support.
- Monitor entry/exit timings and maintain proper records.
- Oversee housekeeping food and maintenance services in coordination with staff/vendors.
- Conduct regular room checks for cleanliness and discipline.
- Handle emergencies (medical or otherwise) promptly and responsibly.
- Maintain records related to occupancy complaints inventory and other administrative tasks.
