About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in this role you will handle customer inquiries provide solutions and ensure a positive service experience. Relocation package is available for candidates moving to Greece. Remote work options are also possible.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Spanish.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.

Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Keep customer records updated in internal systems.

Work closely with your team to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements

Native-level Spanish (spoken & written).

Good level of English (for internal communication and training).

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Flexibility to work in shifts if needed.
