Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:
Continuously work within and outside of Suzhou to implement corporate objectives. 持续与苏州工厂内外部合作来实现公司业务目标
Work with cross functional teams to drive projects to maintain progress to project timelines. 通过跨部门合作推动并确保项目进度直至完成
Responsible for project planning progress control and post-project support to teams to ensure smooth and successful transferring and final results. 负责项目计划和进度控制 提供项目完成后的支持以确保最终的结果
Responsible for forming the project team leading and motivating the cross functional project team members. 负责构建项目团队领导并带领跨部门的项目团队成员
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team members capability ready and project related knowledge and technology to be properly transferred. 与相关方协作确保项目成员具备相应能力以及项目过程中知识与技能的传承

Lead cross functional project team based on projects need. 基于项目带领跨职能项目团队
Provide project team member performance feedback to line managers and develop team members project management skills. 向职能经理反馈项目团队成员绩效表现提升团队成员项目管理能力

Expertise in the project management skills and tools. 精通项目管理
Demonstrable excellent analytical & problem solving skills a process improvement orientation and the ability to handle multiple tasks 卓越的分析及问题解决能力把控过程改善方向和处理多个工作的能力
