What youll do:

Join us as a Business Development Manager - IBM where your passion for engagement and enablement will set you apart. Your mission: to ignite sales opportunities and cultivate a vibrant partner ecosystem for IBM Solutions in New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit enable and activate new IBM resellers
  • Drive Cloud business growth among traditional IBM Resellers
  • Secure new business within Hyperscaler Cloud marketplaces
  • Collaborate with IBMs Channel & Account teams
  • Cultivate profitable Partner relationships with key stakeholders
  • Partner with Ingrams dedicated IBM Marketing Executive to promote IBM solutions
  • Work with Ingrams IBM team to deliver on market growth expectations
  • Empower channel partners to maximise sales potential
  • Build and maintain pipeline coverage to meet revenue objectives

  • A can do attitude and passion for forging new engagements
  • Proven sales experience; preferably in an IT-related channel environment
  • A motivated hunter ready to pursue success
  • Strong influencer with established relationships in the IT channel community
  • Superior interpersonal skills and strategic vision
  • Strong sales hygiene skills
  • Autonomy and tactical acumen
  • Strategic planning capability
