Role overview
The Patient Pathway Manager supports with the NHS and Private pathways on a day-to-day basis by ensuring that all administration processes are efficient accurate and fit for purpose. The key objective is to ensure that the team provides the highest quality of patient care and to contribute to the companys capacity for rapid growth. The Patient Pathway Manager will have the opportunity to shape and motivate administration and business processes to enhance clinic performance to achieve set targets and to deliver outstanding results.
The Patient Pathway Manager will be responsible for the management of all administration in support of the activity within Outpatients and Theatre in order to facilitate the smooth running of the service for both NHS and Private patients.
The Patient Pathway Manager will be a hands on leader exemplifying the Newmedica behaviours to ensure patients have an exceptional and safe experience.
