Were seeking a relationship-focused marketer to build and scale Affinitys ecosystem marketing program across our growing network of partners customers and industry influencers. This role combines customer advocacy partner marketing and influencer relations to amplify our brand within the tight-knit private capital community. Youll leverage the interconnected nature of PE/VC relationships to create authentic advocacy programs that drive pipeline growth. This role reports to the Director of Customer Marketing.

Youll be instrumental in building Affinitys reputation as the relationship intelligence leader by creating authentic advocacy within the private capital community. Your work will directly impact our ability to penetrate new markets accelerate deal cycles and establish lasting relationships with the industrys most influential players.
The tight-knit nature of private capital makes this role uniquely impactful one well-executed customer story or partner collaboration can unlock entire market segments and drive significant pipeline growth.

Work Location: Remote or Toronto Canada
For those located in Toronto for this role were embracing a hub-hybrid model designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person collaboration. Team members within commuting distance are expected in-office 23 days per week typically Tuesday through Thursday. We believe great things happen when people come together intentionally to connect create and build momentum as a team.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is$93000.00 - $124000.00 CAD Base. Within the range individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience knowledge skills abilities of the applicant.
