Business Partnering
Serve as a strategic finance partner across Sales Marketing R&D and Operations by providing insights evaluating business cases and guiding performance management to help achieve business targets.
Build cross-functional relationships and operate with a business-owner mindsettaking initiative solving problems and driving results through proactive financial leadership.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the preparation and analysis of actuals budgets forecasts and long-range plans ensuring data accuracy and consistency across planning cycles.
Develop financial models identify risks and opportunities and support scenario planning to enable strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Insights
Sales Operations Support
Costing Inventory & Systems
Manage standard cost setting and monthly inventory close processes in coordination with Purchasing Supply Chain and Accounting teams.
Utilize financial systems like SAP and Hyperion for data analysis and ensure alignment on accounting treatment and compliance.
