130 zł - 135 zł an hour
Margo Consulting Poland is a consulting and technology company specializing in delivering top IT experts to leading financial and technology institutions across Europe.
We are now looking for an independent and experienced Developer to join a strategic banking project. This role is ideal for someone who can act as a true support for the team highly competent asking the right questions making well-informed decisions quickly and maintaining a professional detail-oriented approach to code quality and reviews.
Were seeking a developer who:
- Works independently and takes ownership of decisions
- Contributes real value by asking the right questions
- Treats code reviews with precision and responsibility
- Has proven experience in large-scale enterprise projects (several teams of 710 members each)
- Feels confident in microservices architectures with hundreds of services
- Open to hybrid working model - 2 days a month in the office in Warsaw
Required Skills (must have):
- C# .NET Framework (.Net 8 9 and 10 to be implemented)
- Angular JavaScript
- SOLID principles design patterns IoC DI
- unit testing senior level
- Automated E2E testing (Cucumber)
- REST API senior level
- Microservices architecture design & implementation senior level (hundreds of services)
- Docker & Kubernetes
- MSSQL PostgreSQL
- CI/CD processes
- Tools: JIRA TeamCity Jenkins Bitbucket & Git
- Operating Systems: Linux & Windows regular level
- RabbitMQ IBM WMQ ElasticSearch Splunk Grafana regular level
- Ansible regular level (or willingness to learn)
Nice to Have:
-Experience with cloud platforms (Azure GCP)
-GitHub Actions experience would be valuable
