Position Overview: As a CSR Intern you will support the CSR team in the development execution and monitoring of social impact programs. Youll assist with event coordination research data management and internal/external communications. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to make a real difference while gaining practical experience in CSR.
Key Responsibilities:
. Program Support: Assist in planning implementing and monitoring CSR programs events and volunteer activities.
. Community Engagement: Build relationships with partners promote initiatives via social media and support workshops and outreach events.
. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain records track program progress and help create impact reports.
. Administrative & Communication Support: Provide administrative support manage communication and create CSR content.
. Research & Analysis: Conduct research on social issues and assess program effectiveness to provide recommendations.
Training: As part of the internship you will receive training in CSR program management community engagement and impact assessment to help develop key professional skills.
Requirements:
. Bachelors degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field.
. Passion for social causes sustainability and community development.
. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
. Previous volunteer experience is a plus.
