Multi Skilled Plumber

Permanent Full Time
40000 DOE Plus vehicle and excellentpackage

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team:
This role requires a flexible person happy to work mobile throughout Manchester/Leeds/Liverpool/Sheffield
The Role:
- You will be carrying out a range of commercial mechanical/plumbing building maintenance.
- Role to include planned and reactive maintenance and some fabric maintenance.
- Working mobile on commercial offices.
- Working mobile across the region.
The Person:
- You will hold a Level 2 or 3 mechanical orplumbing
- You will be multi skilled able to do some other general fabricworks
- You must hold a fulluklicence
- Experience working on commercial and domesticsites
- You will be happy with travel in yourregion
- You will be experienced in plumbing/mechanical works - planned and reactive maintenance.
The Package:
- Starting salary of 40000 dependant on experience
- Company vehicle - Private use of Van and Fuel Card
- Callout 1 week in 4 - 200 fee for being on the rota and then overtime rates apply should you be called out at 4hourminimum
- Overtime available
- Permanent full time
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
